i don't think actually it work sir cause te speed of your connection is dependent upon the plan you are using and there are access list and hardwired connections to do it. like if u have normal BSNL sim and 3G enable phone you can get min of 30kbps but if you have Vodafone sim then you will not get that much of the speed they have made it configured so that not to over load the server, the best you can do is to use compression of data but that require our sys to be fast. and the DNS part is true but you gonna find the best DNS. which have closest server to your location. Rest will not work.
Well you cant push a connection beyond its hardware limits, but it is immortant to understand that this hardware is controlled by the Operating system itself. Keeping Operating System setting Highly optimise will always insure that you get maximum out of your connection. e.g. MTU size ,sliding window size and TCP achknowledgement Frequency.
yup thats true but these things are controlled by the router and i don't think that these things are possibles before configuring the router to work on those settings.

I never tried putting hyperlinks in comments before. But I am sure that , "Anchor" tag is supported in comments.

just remove the spaces.
